Our Story

Two generations of Skagit County lawyers.

Shultz Law Offices was built by a father and carried forward by his son, on the same promise: honest counsel, given plainly, to the people of this valley.

First Generation · Founder

John R. Shultz

In loving memory of our founder, 1949 to 2025

John R. Shultz founded Shultz Law Offices on a simple idea: give the people of Skagit County honest, straightforward counsel and treat every client like a neighbor. A U.S. Air Force veteran and Gonzaga Law Review graduate, he built the firm's practice in personal injury, construction, and real estate, and set the standard his son carries forward today.
